Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and forward-thinking Director of Warehouse Operations to oversee, optimize, and scale our multi-warehouse operations. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, implementing ERP and automation systems, and ensuring production and fulfillment meet the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

As a strategic and hands-on leader, you will design production flows, introduce automation, and manage multi-warehouse inventory accuracy while mentoring warehouse leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee all warehouse operations across multiple facilities: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Maintain and manage accurate inventory across multiple warehouses, ensuring visibility, reconciliation, and fulfillment accuracy.
• Establish and track KPIs to meet SLAs and maintain exceptionally low shipping error rates.

Process & Technology Optimization

• Implement and optimize ERP systems to enhance operational transparency and efficiency.
• Drive automation initiatives (liquid filling machines, conveyor belts, labeling systems, etc.) to streamline workflows.
• Design and scale production flows for perfumes, room sprays, fragrance oils, and related consumer goods.

Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and grow warehouse leadership teams and staff.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and E-commerce teams to align warehouse operations with company growth strategies.
• Analyze data and generate insights to support forecasting, process improvements, and long-term planning.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety, legal, and regulatory standards.

As Director of Warehouse Operations, you will be the backbone of Scentiment’s supply chain. Your leadership will ensure that every product—whether a perfume, room spray, or fragrance oil—reaches customers with precision and care.

By implementing ERP systems, managing multi-warehouse accuracy, and introducing automation, you will set the foundation for operational excellence and enable Scentiment to scale globally.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive leadership in warehouse operations, supply chain, or distribution.
• Proven experience managing inventory across multiple warehouses with high accuracy.
• Strong track record implementing ERP systems and automation technologies.
• Experience working in e-commerce environments, ideally in fast-scaling companies.
• Expertise in production flow design for perfumes, room sprays, fragrance oils, or similar products.
• Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs, meeting SLAs, and minimizing shipping errors.
• Strong leadership and people management skills across multi-site teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (advanced degree/certification is a plus).
